Following a degree in Political Economics at the ICP in Paris and a post-graduate course in Human Resources, Alexandra obtained a further B.A in Economics and Politics from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts before returning to France to pursue a career in executive recruitment. She gained her initial experience in general practice and then joined the Investment Banking department of a large international consultancy for 5 years.
She is specialized in direct approach recruitment and handles search assignments for all types of positions, identifying talents from every level, from BO to FO and support functions ( DAF , Audit, IG , Risk , Compliance, Legal … )
In December 2009, Alexandra founded ALCG Partners with Laurence Goldstein, specializing in Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance Departments focusing on middle and top management.
Laurence obtained a postgraduate degree in Economics from Paris X Nanterre in 1995, followed by advanced training at the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF) in 2001.
She held various operational positions for 7 years in Mergers and Acquisitions in the CDR (Consortium de Réalisation, formerly Altus Finance). In May 2002, she joined an international firm working on behalf of major French and international players in all aspects of Finance: Banking- Insurance, dealing with recruitment for positions from Back Office to Front positions together with support services (Financial Management and Accounting, Consolidation, Compliance, Management Control, Audit, Front, M & A …)
After 6 years in the same consultancy, Laurence Goldstein founded ALCG Partners with Alexandra Collet in December 2009, to offer her own concept of recruitment.
